Cultural differences are the creation of the ugliest rulers

The social capital theory reflects the dynamic pyramid that determines power and differences within communities and political groups. But the standards sets framed by decision-makers can be supportive for the progress of society or may contribute to the collapse of their states (Bourdieu 1985). Also, the Marxist approach, inspired by the work of Pierre Bourdieu, highlighted the weakness of social capital theory, because it does focuses on the concept of estimation rather than taking advantage of women’s labor.
In other part, social capital represents the realistic or potential resources that grant a permanent safety for populations. However the link between social networks and economic resources reveal the scope of unfair procedures of negative cultural beliefs used by authoritarian governments.
Though, the concept of social capital is not at suitable for the feminist project. Instead of falling into the problem of women’s models and allow criticism about gender fears , Researchers and policy makers could improve the development of gender uncertainties in liberating economy & social rights and gain the voice of women. It was possible to take advantage of the work of Bourdieu, and focus on economic diversity ((Adkins 2005)
Instead of supporting capitalism (Gibson Graham 1996)
Policy makers could focus their efforts on social development instead of supporting capitalism. It was necessary to develop schedules, policies and academic work that ensure economic sustainability. In other part it is today necessary to think on a better accountability system and reforms that stop corruption and briberies. The global economic crisis, the overpopulation and the increased famine are the threats that shake the consciousness of decision makers to jump over the barriers of authoritarian regimes. The equal distribution of resources is the right of all to reach a decent life, to allow progress & wealth of nations
